Position Responsibilities:
Perform quick, thorough data analysis in order to uncover insightful and actionable results that drive tactical and strategic product decisions. Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data in order to generate new insights and product innovations. Employ the best research method(s) based on research questions, timelines, and resourcing. Identify and resolve research questions based on the analysis of existing product designs, business needs, project goals and risks. Communicate research results and opportunities in clear, concise, and compelling ways to all levels of management. Deliver impact, as measured by changes to the product design and development roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): apply knowledge of behavior statistics and the principles of experimental design; employing behavioral data-collection and analysis; designing, conducting, and analyzing data from user studies; and experience with usability testing. Domestic travel may be required up to 30%.
