DESCRIPTION

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA
MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE
1. Directly impact the customer experience of mid to large sized projects of increased complexity across multiple departments.
2. Take full ownership of the cross-platform user experience for projects from start to finish, including personas, wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, mockups and functional prototypes. Create user interfaces in support of company initiatives
3. Participate in the vision, strategy, planning and ideation process for new features and projects.
4. Create customer-centric designs by using data, market analysis, partner feedback, and a deep understanding of our communities.
5. Gather feedback from stakeholders and quickly iterate on designs and prototypes.
6. Surface qualitative and quantitative feedback on designs.
7. Collaborate with a top-notch engineering team to implement solutions based on designs.
8. Act as a design leader on the team.
9. Translate conceptual ideas into exception design solutions.
10. Partner with design and product teams to establish design and user experience guidelines.
11. Participate in the planning and ideation process for new features and projects.
12. Domestic and international travel required 5% of the time.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Five years of experience as a user experience designer, user interface designer, product designer, web designer or related occupation.

Must have experience with each of the following:
1. Four years of experience translating conceptual ideas into design solutions.
2. Four years of experience creating wireframes, process flows, high-fidelity comps, mockups and/or functional prototypes.
3. Five years of experience conducting competitive analysis.
4. Five years of experience performing A/B testing.
5. Five years of experience using software design tools HTML, CSS and SASS.
6. Five years of experience collaborating with developers for implementation of designs
