DESCRIPTION

As AWS continues to rapidly grow, we seek experienced and talented Analytics Sellers to own, operate and help define GTM strategy for a named set of accounts within the Americas Digital Native Business (DNB) Segment. You will manage the Analytics strategy for Born in the Cloud, Emerging Enterprise accounts, targeted for high growth. These accounts will have complex infrastructure requirements and you will be selling into multiple lines of business within each account. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration of our analytics portfolio within our largest and fastest growing DNB accounts.

In this role you will influence customers to build, shape and accelerate their AWS Analytics business as a highly skilled and motivated sales professionals to accelerate our growing Analytics business. As a Sales Analytics Specialist within Amazon Web Services, you will have the opportunity to shape and deliver on a strategy to build, mind and share across broad usage of AWS's key Analytics solutions including: data warehousing (Amazon Redshift), data lakes (Amazon Lake Formation), BigData processing (Amazon EMR), search (Amazon Managed Elasticsearch), ETL (Amazon Glue), streaming (Amazon Kinesis and Amazon Managed Kafka) and (Amazon Quicksight).This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to be part of a fast growing and entrepreneurial organization, bringing innovation and fresh perspectives to customers and prospects. In particular she/he will:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead a Customer Obsessed business that delights our customers by focusing on their data strategies
· Accelerate customer adoption through a comprehensive GTM Strategy to achieve Customer Outcomes
· Possess a business background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact with business personas at the CxO/VP level
· Drive market share while achieving/exceeding revenue and non-revenue goals
· Demonstrate a history of executing complex deals
· Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS Analytics Services
· Leverage relationships with internal stakeholders to further adoption of AWS services in your customer base
· Develop and work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
· Have a strong understanding of commercial trends in Analytics and big data.
· Serve as a key member of the account management team in helping to ensure commercial success in building Analytics solutions onto the AWS platform

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience selling to line-of-business leaders and Technology
· Proven Business and Technical Acumen
· Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
· An MBA

This position must be located at one of our U.S. AWS Corp. offices with a preference for Boston, MA.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree required
· 5+ years of Enterprise technology-related sales
· 3+ years of direct analytic field experience working with enterprise accounts
