The Amazon Alexa Skills Store is seeking a Software Development Manager to be a member of a cross-functional team focused on ways to show all users of Alexa the power of skills. You will be responsible for enhancing a number of different interfaces across the organization. By developing & leading other engineers, your team will be creating new experiences on the world's most advanced speech platform. No matter what the role, we're looking for entrepreneurs who are passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, demonstrate a high degree of product ownership, and want to have fun while they make history.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
· 7+ years of experience engineering production systems
· 2+ years of experience managing other engineers
· Experience programming with an enterprise object-oriented language such as Java, C++ or C#
