Position Title: Program Manager III
Position Responsibilities:
Perform policy intake including development of creative acceptance policies and ad standards for new advertising implementations and products, review policy exception and change requests, and work estimation. Prioritize projects, participate in capacity management, and build quarterly and yearly project roadmaps. Track roadmap execution and ensure project delivery. Identify and implement program management process improvement. Interact with Project Sponsors, Project Stakeholders, and business and technical teams to define and deliver policy and policy process improvements. Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalation, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs with technical constraints. Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks. Create, maintain, and communicate policies to internal stakeholders, advertisers and publishers. Maintain and enforce a high customer experience bar, adjudicate and resolve policy escalations as they arise. Analyze customer feedback and escalation data to inform strategic ad policy decisions across multiple and varied ad platforms.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Public Relations, Policy Studies, Corporate Communications, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Public Relations, Policy Studies, Corporate Communications, or a related field and five years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. One year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation must involve: online advertising; developing creative acceptance policies, advertising standards; and generating reports to support real time reporting using Excel and SQL.
