Amazon's Client Support Services group is looking for a support technician with a passion for providing a great customer-focused support service. You will provide quality technical support to internal customers through all available channels (phone, chat, and in person) as part of a larger close-knit team of IT specialists, while helping maintain and improve our infrastructure and participating in local, regional, and global IT projects.
You are innovative, eager to learn, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests and ambiguity. You are committed, flexible and can demonstrate own initiative and work with minimal supervision.

This position requires at least one year of hands-on hardware, software and O/S support experience (including installation, configuration and troubleshooting) with exposure to a wide variety of products, issues and customer types. You will be the main point of contact for individuals reporting or highlighting issues with systems or equipment both local and remote. You are willing to participate in and drive projects with local, regional, and global impact to improve the experience of our customers, learning as you go. You are willing to travel to our different Nordics and other offices on a regular basis.
Fluency in Italian and English are required. (minimum B2 English Level)
Qualifications in a nutshell:
· Customer facing skills - able to communicate effectively with our customers who may not be technically inclined
· Hardware knowledge / experience - able to support and repair.
· Analytical skills and problem solving ability - being able to dive deep and root cause issues
· Must be willing to work in a fast paced and growing global environment where some travel may be required.
· Experience with or willingness to learn procurement, inventory and asset management of IT equipment as well as managing the IT life cycle.
