DESCRIPCIÓN

Amazon Robotics designs, manufactures and implements cutting edge technologies within fulfillment centers at the heart of Amazon’s core business. We are seeking exceptional and self-motivated individuals to support rollouts of new Amazon Robotics technologies, ensuring that teams have the data they need to successfully deploy technologies to fulfillment centers worldwide. In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of the AR system, use a multitude of data sources, create meaningful data visualizations, deep dive to find actionable insights around issues and opportunities, and have complete ownership of projects. Successful candidates will have a proven history of creating scalable business intelligence tools from ambiguous business requests, including dashboards to support high impact data-driven decision making and insight driven visualizations.
Job Responsibilities

· Manage customer relationships and expectations, gathering high level business requests and translating to technical business requirements

· Scope, design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, data sources, and ad-hoc data analysis to support cross-functional customers and drive impactful data storytelling

· Seek out both internal and external data sources, manipulate and transform raw data, and understand how different data streams and metrics impact the AR system
·
· Create and execute intricate SQL scripts to connect to, manipulate, and transform a multitude of data sources to support dashboards and statistical deep dive analysis
·
· Present dashboards, analysis, KPI’s, both verbally and in writing, to high level product rollout teams during new technology deployments, providing high impact insights and customer recommendations

· Manage, prioritize, and respond to requests within defined SLAs

· Search out information to support detailed, thorough business context of requests and solutions
·
· Become a subject matter expert in several AR technologies
