VIE BUSINESS CONTROLLER & ANALYST (CONSOLIDATION) H/F

You will report to the Head of the International BC&A Department. Your assignment consists in consolidating and analysing the operational data from ALTEN in International 1 Perimeter (Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Sweden, Finland)
Your main tasks will be the following:
- Reporting & analysing with a critical eye of the weekly operational indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining & creating various dashboards for the COO to drive its activity,
- Setting up activity synthesis documents about various topics related with management & Human Resources.
- Set up and automation of the information flow from subsidiaries to headquarter
- Help in the deployment of the ALTEN tools in the new subsidiaries,
- Consolidation and analysis of the key Business factors,
- Monthly cross check with the financial department,
Your profile:
- Graduated from a Business School
- 1-2 years of experience in data consolidation and analysis
- You are an expert in the advanced commands of Microsoft Excel (TCD, macros)
- You also have knowledge about databases such as ACCESS.
- You have already worked in the field of business controlling & KPI’s deployment.
- A financial knowledge will be considered as a plus (ie. P&L,…).
- You have a good human contact, you are rigorous, figures oriented, autonomous, dynamic, vivacious and with a very good synthesis spirit.
