Responsibilities
1. Supplier Serial Performances (after FAI + 3 deliveries)
·  Animate NCR treatment by setting-up relevant actions plan to reach NCR target
·  Responsible for Non conformity day-to day management:
o Insure reactivity to inform supplier of NCR , to replace defective parts and to
implement securitization within supplier process. Organize corrective actions.
o Identification of liability of NCR.
o Inform Sourcing about the cost of non Quality (Conq S1) to be addressed to the
suppliers.
o Organize the supplier retrofit activities caused by NCR.
o Propose quality wall if necessary.
·  Challenge suppliers to enforce relevant corrective and preventive action plan, challenge
reactivity
·  Audit supplier process to check the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action
plan and ensure control plan sustainability (regular follow-up on main suppliers)
·  Prepare and monitor supplier Quality review at project/commodity level to shoot the Top
issues.anticipate the solutions with a common approach.
2. Management and reporting
·  by Project, to inform PIQM and PrQSRWM about main issues and relevant action plans
in place providing them with KPIs;
·  by Commodity, to actively participate to the scorecard and the 5’ meetings performed on
the procurement center;
·  perform a regular reporting by project/commodity using Black, Red and Yellow status for
suppliers
3. Contribute to department continuous improvement program
·  Suggest improvements on the way of working in order to reach the “master execution”
on the APSYS roadmap;
·  Collaborate with Incoming Inspection people in order to reduce the timeframe to react on
production problems and anticipate the solutions;
·  Support the standardization of reporting suggesting improvements in order to reduce the
time spent on that.
·  Collaborate with SPQD, SQD and Central SQA teams in order to share the problems andanticipate the solutions with a common approach.
