Responsibilities 

 

  • Map and analyze the end-to-end claims lifecycle 

  • Quantify effort and workload per claim type 

  • Define and validate productivity targets based on actual operational complexity 

  • Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements 

  • Monitor claims performance and support operational decision-making 

  • Conduct daily and weekly efficiency deep dives, identifying bottlenecks and performance gaps. 

  • Build proactive action plans with Operations Managers and monitor implementation. 

  • Analyze claims to identify efficiency gains and contribute actively to the Pricing transformation. 

  • Link operational efficiency to financial performance, highlighting opportunities to increase profitability. 

  • Act as a key partner to me in driving databased decision-making and operational discipline.

  • Data Analysis

Working Hours 

• Monday to Friday  (08H30 to 17H30 / 10h30 to 19h30) 

  

Know how  

 

  • Strong experience in claims operations 

  • Deep understanding of claims lifecycle 

  • Ability to break down processes step-by-step 

  • Analytical skills 

  • Result Driven and strong reporting capabilities
