Responsibilities
Map and analyze the end-to-end claims lifecycle
Quantify effort and workload per claim type
Define and validate productivity targets based on actual operational complexity
Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
Monitor claims performance and support operational decision-making
Conduct daily and weekly efficiency deep dives, identifying bottlenecks and performance gaps.
Build proactive action plans with Operations Managers and monitor implementation.
Analyze claims to identify efficiency gains and contribute actively to the Pricing transformation.
Link operational efficiency to financial performance, highlighting opportunities to increase profitability.
Act as a key partner to me in driving databased decision-making and operational discipline.

• Monday to Friday (08H30 to 17H30 / 10h30 to 19h30)
