We are looking for a Head of Key Account Management Large Corp (m/f/d), based in Munich or Frankfurt.

The Impact You Will Have 

Reporting to the Regional Head of Distribution, you will encompass driving distribution strategies, strategic business development, and optimize sales pipelines to ensure Allianz Commercial's position as a leading insurer in the target market. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include: 

  • Lead and cultivate a high-performance, collaborative KAM team, enhancing team capabilities through coaching and training. 

  • Manage key accounts and convert prospects for target accounts, driving growth with clear new, cross-sell, and upsell targets. 

  • Align distribution strategies with Allianz Commercial goals and expand market presence through strategic opportunities. 

  • Oversee new business acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling, collaborating to optimize retention and meet revenue targets. 

  • Secure new key clients and increase Allianz Commercial's wallet share. 

  • Implement Strategic Account Plans for key brokers and clients, cultivating relationships with brokers and sales units across Allianz. 

  • Maintain comprehensive client and industry insights, providing relevant market and competitor insights.
