Job description

We are looking for a Developer/Data Engineer to join our team at Allianz. This role requires a professional with advanced skills in data engineering and the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PowerBI, SQL, and Azure, with a focus on creating and updating reports and queries.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Develop and update PowerBI reports and dashboards
·  Execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs
·  Utilize Azure for data management and integration tasks
·  Work with Python and PySpark for data processing and analytics
·  Collaborate using GitHub Actions for version control and CI/CD processes

 

Technologies and Tools:

·  Proficient in Jira for project management and quality assurance
·  Familiar with Confluence for documentation and knowledge sharing
·  Basic understanding of Service Now for IT service management

 

Methodologies:

·  Apply Agile Scrum methodologies, including daily rituals, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and refinements

 

Soft Skills:

·  Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
·  Advanced analytical skills with the ability to propose innovative solutions
·  Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
·  Keen interest in deepening subject matter expertise and continuous learning

 

Language Requirements:

·  Proficiency in English & French (written and spoken)
