We are looking for a Civil Liability Underwriting Assistant, on a work-study basis for 1 or 2 years. The position will be based at the Allianz One Tower in La Défense (Esplanade).

 

Your team

 

Within the Civil Liability department of Allianz Commercial in France, you will join a team in charge of underwriting insurance contracts for Key Accounts and Specialties.

 

The impact you'll have

You want to put your skills into practice in the context of key account insurance and you will participate in the following missions :

 

·   Prepare data for the renewal and implementation of contracts: update subscription or pricing tools, verify premium payments, produce claims statistics on accounts to be renewed, carry out controls related to sanctions and reputational risks, as well as controls related to anti-money laundering
·  Accurately and timely entry of key data into underwriting systems, updating data in various IT systems/databases
·  Update underwriter pricing tools/screens to conduct risk analysis
·  File Files

 

What you bring:

You are in a Master's degree (e.g. Insurance Law), have a good understanding of the world of insurance, and have a great motivation for the Civil Liability business line. Also, you bring the following skills:

 

·  A very good level of English
·  Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
·  Time management skills and experience in scheduling tasks based on priorities
·  Very good organizational skills
·  Proactivity, team spirit, agility
