Job description
The Master Scheduler has the following role or mission:
Optimize the scheduling of ATR resources (instructors, classrooms and simulators) for ATR Americas
Manage the relationship with ATR customers for scheduling of ATR Contract Training (as per FAA Part 121 A031)
Reschedule the planning of resources in case of operational constraints or customer requests
Follow up KPI’s related to ATR Contract Trainings activities
Assure the backup for booking of DRY LEASE simulator slots
Maintain instructor records current
Manage SAT certifications, for all eligible staff in ATR Americas and instructors globally
Manage incoming calls and email communications with customers for scheduling
