Description of the job

A position of Financial Business Partner Controller for France has just opened within Airbus Defence & Space in Toulouse (Palays). You will join the department “TFDDA – Integrated Support Functions F&C”, which is the financial Business Partner for all Integrated Support Functions (ISF: HR, Finance, Legal & Compliance, Strategy, Communication, Transformation and Corporate Secretary).

You will act as financial Business Partner to all local Managers and cost center responsibles for HR, Legal & Compliance, Export Control, Strategy and Communication for of all French sites of Airbus DS

This position will require a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.

Tasks & accountabilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

·  Responsible for budgeting and planning process within the local ERP system and assure consistency with OP targets.
·  Operational Cost Center Controller by performing monthly closing e.g. set up accruals for external, control non booked hours, validation of shopping carts
·  Intercompany recharging (Airbus group SLA, Medical SLA, specific HR recharging) through ICPT
·  Responsible for allocated charges explanations towards business lines
·  Propose mitigation actions if needed to support discussions and decision making at Management level
·  Control actuals vs forecasts, mitigation actions , hourly-rates, price audit
·  Support in analyzing and correcting all incoming data within FACTS+ for the French perimeter in order to ensure consistency, transparency and accuracy of actuals from and to all stakeholders
·  Support a consolidated divisional reporting for all Functions in scope including all relevant key data (personnel costs, primary costs, P&L contribution, FTEs in cooperation with HR, Invests/CapEx and other KPIs)
·  Act as point of contact for local Cost Accounting, Accounting, FEX and HR e.g. cost center structure implementation, P&L allocation and allocated cycle.
·  Support of AD wide OP/Forecast and Budget processes & consolidation for all ISF
·  Support the Consolidation team in all regular and ad-hoc requests for the French perimeter
·  Support Digitalization improvements in French ISF perimeter (SimpliFi, RPAs, etc)
·  Act as international Business Partner for Heads of HR, Legal & Compliance, Export Control, Strategy and Communication located in France (e.g. Head of HR Space Systems)

Required skills

You will have the following skills and experience:

·  Educated to degree in Business Economics with focus on Finance/Controlling or equivalent
·  3-5 years of professional experience in controlling and/or finance positions
·  Founded knowledge and experience in cost center controlling and cost accounting
·  Experience in business partner controlling
·  Good knowledge in Systems and Tools (SAP FI/CO, SimpliFi, Facts+, MRT and Business Objects )
·  Strong command of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
·  Very good communication and team player skills
·  Negotiation level of French and English
·  Spanish or German skills would be a plus
