Start: approx. May 2020
Duration: 6 months
You will write your thesis in the department Materials X Germany, Ottobrunn.
Your exciting topic
Design, build-up and installation of low & high temperature test rig
Support to design, production and quality inspection of heat exchanger elements
Defintion of testplan and testing of heat-exchangers elements under different scenarios
Technical and economical assessments of the different concepts relative to references
You offer
· Enrolled student (d/f/m) within Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or similar field of study
· Experience in working with MS-Office, G-suite, CATIA, Simplify3d/Cura
· Strong interest in 3d printing, high performance materials, complex geometries recommended
· 3d printing thinking” and hands on experiences strongly welcome
· Negotiation level of German and English
You are a good team player, have excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently.
