Une offre d’apprentissage intitulée « Apprenti(e) en Coopération Internationale et Compensation Industrielle (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de la division Airbus Commercial Aircraft sur son site de Blagnac, à proximité de Toulouse .

Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 11 personnes au sein du département « MCCR » en charge de Coopération Internationale et compte de contrepartie .

Cet apprentissage consistera à construire un plan consolidé pour la coopération d'Airbus en Asie Pacifique.

Cet apprentissage débutera en Septembre / Octobre 2024 pour une durée de 3 ans. 

Tâches et responsabilités:  

Encadré par votre tuteur, vous développerez vos compétences en travaillant sur les activités suivantes : 

· 
Aperçu économique et géopolitique avec cartographie des acteurs clés pour les activités d'Airbus en APAC

· 
Analyse SWOT pour chaque pays et sous-région (ASEAN, Pacifique)

· 
Collecte et analyse des informations relatives l'empreinte existante d'Airbus dans chaque pays (produits, services, approvisionnement, durabilité, R&T, innovation, …) 

· 
Élaboration de recommendations sur une approche stratégique pour le développement et la consolidation de l'empreinte d’Airbus en tenant compte du contexte géopolitique, des principaux objectifs de l'entreprise et des lignes directrice de chaque Business Line, des synergies intra régionales, etc.

· 
Traduction de la stratégie en plan d'action pour chaque pays, en englobant les opportunités d’influence et ‘soft power’ (comme des événements ciblés pour renforcer l’image d’Airbus, pour rapprocher les relations avec les acteurs clés), engager les acteurs internes et coordonner la mise en place avec suivi auprès des Business Lines impliquées ;

· 
Participation aux activités des campagnes commerciales : développement du plan IC&O (en ligne avec les axes stratégiques définis ci-dessus) en tant que facilitateur en liaison avec les départements Ventes, Marketing et Contrats

Compétences et Prérequis : 

Vous allez intégrer une formation de niveau BAC + 5 dans le domaine de Business Administration ou Business Management pour un apprentissage d’une durée de 3 ans.

An apprenticeship offer entitled "Apprentice in International Cooperation and Offset" has just opened within Airbus Commercial Aircraft on Blagnac site, near to Toulouse .

You will join a team of 11 people within the “MCCR” department in charge of International Cooperation and Offset.

This apprenticeship will consist of building a consolidated plan for Airbus cooperation in Asia Pacific. 
This apprenticeship will start in September / October 2024 and will last 3 years.

Tasks and responsibilities:  
You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills. 
You will contribute to the following main activities: 

· 
Economic and geopolitical overview with mapping of key players for Airbus activities in APAC

· 
SWOT analysis for each country and sub-region (ASEAN, Pacific)

· 
Collection and analysis of information relating to Airbus' existing footprint in each country (products, services, supply, sustainability, R&T, innovation, etc.)

· 
Development of recommendations on a strategic approach for the development and consolidation of the Airbus footprint taking into account the geopolitical context, the main objectives of the company and the guidelines of each Business Line, intra-regional synergies, etc.

· 
Translation of the strategy into an action plan for each country, encompassing opportunities for influence and 'soft power' (such as targeted events to strengthen Airbus' image, to bridge relationships with key stakeholders), engage internal stakeholders and coordinate the implementation with follow-up with the Business Lines involved;

· 
Participation in commercial campaign activities: development of the IC&O plan (in line with the strategic axes defined above) as a facilitator in liaison with the Sales, Marketing and Contracts departments

Skills and Prerequisites: 
You will integrate a BAC + 5 level training in the field of Business Administration or Business Management or equivalent for an apprenticeship of 3 years.
