Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à

· 
Exercer votre leadership auprès d'une équipe de superviseurs, tout en respectant la vision et les valeurs d'Airbus.

· 
Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus clés menant à l'atteinte des objectifs.

· 
Assurer l'amélioration continue, notamment par l'application du processus de résolution de problèmes

· 
Établir et contrôler l'atteinte des objectifs de production et contrôle des matières

· 
Coach votre équipe de superviseurs afin de développer leur talent dans l'organisation

· 
Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques au sein de l'organisation.

En tant que candidat idéal,

· 
Vous avez de l'expérience dans la gestion d'une équipe de superviseurs dans un environnement manufacturier (l'environnement aérospatial est un avantage).

· 
Vous maîtrisez la langue française (le bilinguisme est un avantage)

· 
Vous avez une compréhension des principes de la production à valeur ajoutée

· 
Vous avez de solides compétences en communication

· 
Vous avez une aptitude à planifier et à organiser pour assurer l'atteinte des résultats

· 
Vous avez l'esprit d'entreprise

· 
Vous avez un diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires en aérospatiale, en ingénierie ou en gestion de la fabrication ou une expérience équivalente qui vous a permis de développer de solides compétences en gestion

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

As the ideal candidate,

· 
You have experience managing a team of supervisors in a manufacturing environment (aerospace environment is an advantage).

· 
You are fluent in French (bilingualism is an advantage)

· 
You have an understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing

· 
You have strong communication skills

· 
You have an ability to plan and organize to ensure the achievement of results

· 
You have an entrepreneurial spirit

· 
You have a college or university degree in aerospace, engineering or manufacturing management or equivalent experience that has allowed you to develop strong management skills
