Job Description

Multiple vacancies for A400M MRO Network Technician (B1/B2) (d/f/m) has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in Wunstorf. The successful applicant will join “TASST4-TL1 - A400M MRO Network“

Tasks:

After completing the A400M aircraft type and assimilation training in Seville (if required), you will work as part of an Airbus Defence and Space team based in Wunstorf within the A400M MRO network and will be responsible for the fulfilment and certification of these tasks, possibly including the supervision and certification of unlicensed mechanics. (Certificate conformity of the work performed on the basis of the required certification system for each Work Package)

This service is provided for the German Air Force and takes place at the main operating site in Wunstorf.

- The candidate is responsible for the performance and certification of planned and unplanned tasks previously agreed with the customer service. The work included in the scope of this team consists mainly of scheduled maintenance, self-service resulting from modifications not performed at FAL (final assembly line) or occurring after delivery of the air conditioner, and support requested by the customer for various types of repairs or maintenance.

- May be required to manage small groups of unlicensed mechanics in the performance of maintenance work.

- The candidate will be involved in setting up work processes and practices and will be involved in all aspects of technical support for a new modern military transport aircraft. It offers the opportunity to travel, live and work among different cultures.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

- Completed technician training

- Experience in a comparable role

- CAT B1/B2 Certification

- Fluent in German and English
