Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Reporting to the Marketing Activation Senior Manager, this role is responsible for maximizing the profitability of Retail & Franchise channels by positively impacting Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT and Profit Margin in Concept and Factory Outlet Stores, for both Adidas and Reebok brands, through flawlessly executed consumer-relevant campaigns, promotions and in-store communication. To grant the visibility of the Company key concept in Retail & Franchise channel, in order to make the sell-out increase and contributing in building a store level experience in line with the positioning of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the manager in marketing strategy and marketing plan definition for the relevant clients (Retail/Franchising) in line with local and global guidelines
· Implement the marketing activities planned for the assigned stores
· Ensure the right implementation of in store communication tools in alignment with the VM team
· Support the manager in the check of the correct implementation of the plan activities through the direct visiting of the POS and in coordination with the VM
· Monitor the process of the sales campaigns, verifying the real purchasing of the key concepts in order to gather the necessary info for the implementing phase
· Rightly typeset and monitor the relevant KPIs, preparing related reports
· Develop, in alignment with the manager, local activation plans to ensure the success of new Concept Stores and Factory Outlet openings, store relocations and/or store birthdays and own the execution of these activities
· Develop, in alignment with the manager, local add-on activations to global Retail Marketing Campaigns if needed to increase local relevance, consumer interaction and sales
· Evaluate the performance of all campaigns
· Be fully accountable for the performance of all local Retail Marketing initiatives
· Be knowledgeable about the targets and performance of local Concept and FO Stores, understand which Retail Marketing levers need to be activated, in the assigned stores, to impact which KPIs and know how to activate them as needed.
· Work closely with the market Retail team to pro-actively assess any performance issues of assigned stores (such as persistently declining traffic or a particularly slow month) and develop the tactical Retail Marketing solutions that might be needed to address these.
· Work together with the local Brand Marketing team to ensure Retail-specific opportunities and/or needs. Also collaborate and align on all levels concerning the promotions and activations on local level.
· Identify optimal local Retail Marketing agency and/or vendors both in terms of output and cost. Steer contractual terms and conditions. Manage agency and vendor relationship.
· Own and manage assigned Marketing Activation budget.
· Support in implementing and carrying out the presentation of the collection highlights and trade support

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

· University Degree/Marketing degree
· 3-5 years working experience ideally in marketing department
· Ideally experience in working in an international context and interacting with Global HQs
· Experience with managing projects
· Ability to manage or collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary groups
· Fluent English & local language (written and spoken)
· Excellent presentation skills
· Advanced skills at MS office
· Passion for sport, fashion and new trends in consumer behavior and evolution of retail
