Purpose: Support the Assistant Manager SPOMA to ensure positive development of adidas brand image and sustainable and profitable business through an adequate relationship with football clubs.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Clubs product endorsement strategy and servicing following adidas guidelines and global market needs.
·  Prepare the Club’s GOK order in close cooperation with the responsible persons within the Club, including but not limited to the kit managers and the coaching staff and adidas Italy and ensure the tracking in order to guarantee on time delivery.
·  Develop close relationships with adidas Italy teams (Sports Marketing, Operations, Brand Communication…) to guarantee support to the Home market and alignment on clubs activations.
·  Management of all contractually guaranteed tickets and sky boxes in close cooperation with adidas Italy.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

·  Proficiency with MS Office Suite and working with systems/applications. Key focus on Excel and PowerPoint skills – intermediate or above, with emphasis on ability to create polished and professional finished products
·  Preferable SAP knowledge
·  Highly collaborative with strong communication skills
·  Good analytical skills and attention to detail
·  Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented environment
·  Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Fluent in English
·  Italian Mother tongue
