Sales & Shipping Administrator

A modern and forward-thinking client of our is recruiting for a Sales & Shipping Administrator to join their team. They are looking for individuals with experience in sales in a shipping background, who pride themselves on a high level of attention to detail and great communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·  Processing sales orders, ensuring the accuracy of information entered onto internal systems.

·  Liaising with internal departments and customers regarding order updates including updates on delays/changes to order

·  Investigating discrepancies on received orders.

·  Arranging dispatch of orders in accordance with customer instructions using international couriers and ensuring all documentation is correct

·  Ensuring export documentation is accurately prepared to meet both HMRC and AEO requirements.

·  Ensuring proof of export and Customs documentation is received, checked and stored within required timescales.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·  Experience in a sales and shipping environment.

·  A high level of attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills

·  Awareness of legislative import and export regulations.

·  Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload

·  Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative and be willing to assist in other supply chain departments when required.

Monday - Friday - 9:00am - 5:00pm

£20,000 - £25,000
