Key Responsibilities:
*Utilise, review and update forecasting tools according to business needs.
*Implement variance analysis between forecasts and sales, establish causes and suggest solutions for improvement
*Forecast and Purchase Order management, respecting existing stock target guidelines.
*Ongoing study of relevant market trends in order to recognise and evaluate alternative purchasing solutions in terms of suppliers, materials, networks etc.
*Mediate commercial conditions with suppliers for packaging.
*Create a system for the evaluation of both the purchasing process and the suppliers by creating suitable Key performance indicators, analysis results, provide feedback to the relevant manager and propose suitable actions.
*Coordinate with the manager in yearly budgets for the relevant department
*Data Management
*Coordinate with Customer service teams regarding stock availability.

Key Requirements:
*Third Level Qualification is an advantage
*Second Language (Italian) is desirable but not essential
*Experience in Fashion/Luxury Brand
*Strong Knowledge of SAP, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
*Skills in numerical, quantitative and qualitive data analysis
*Good Knowledge of purchasing processes, procedures and contract management
*Knowledge of sales, logistics and production
*Project Management experience
