Full Time Production Supervisor
Permanent position
Outskirts of Andover
£26,000 plus overtime

Do you have Production Supervisor experience ? If so we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities will include:

- Supervising a team of 25 - 30 Production Operatives

- Planning appropriate staffing levels for the shifts, to counter periods of absence, holiday and peak seasons

- Manage and monitor the teams performance to ensure efficient productivity at all times

- Identify and lead the implementation of process improvements

Candidates must have:

- Production Supervisor experience

- Strong planning and organising skills

- Ideally FMCG experience

- Level 1 - 5 Team Leadership / Management qualification would be an advantage
