Internal Customer Account Co-ordinator needed for a large global business in Warrington.

On a day to day basis you will be processing, and monitoring, orders through the system: Inputting, progressing and expediting. This is a 360 role so you will deal with queries through to resolution, responding to requests for information/quotation,

As part of this small team of 4 you will help to manage the central email inbox as well as taking inbound calls.

To be successful for this position you will have First Class Customer service skills, be extremely organised and have the ability to learn new systems/products.
