HR and Payroll Adviser

Our client, based in rehabilitation are looking to recruit a HR and Payroll Adviser to work with their friendly and supportive team, providing HR and Payroll support to the business, wider HR team, people managers and employee's.

The role will require maintaining HR processes, practices and systems to ensure effective and efficient delivery, in line with agreed SLA's. The right candidate will always be working to ensure the HR and Payroll team offers excellent customer service in line with the organisations values and culture.

·  Location: Bicester

·  Hours: Monday-Friday, 37hrs

·  Start Date: ASAP

·  Type: Permanent (12-month FTC)

·  Salary: Up to £27,000

Please note: The successful candidate must have a DBS***

Responsbiltiies

·  Provide HR vetting support to the HR team, people managers and employee's.

·  Provide first line advice to people managers and employee's.

·  Input of data in the HR system ensuring 100% accuracy.

·  Resolving complex HR and Payroll queries.

·  Ensure data protection of sensitive information through the administration of employee data.

·  Produce reports to the business as required.

·  Proficient in vetting with requirement to be updated on vetting practices.

·  Where required, support HR and payroll projects.

·  Check payroll activities are in conjunction with internal procedures to ensure accuracy.

·  Liaise with Payroll Manager, addressing internal queries.

·  Help to reconcile all payrolls on a monthly basis.

·  Provide a customer centric service to employees and external stakeholders.

·  Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·  Assisting with the administration of the HR in box and taking phone calls on a daily basis.

Skills/Experience

·  Proven HR transnational experience, with an excellent customer focus and exceptional attention to detail ensuring work is of a high standard.
