Adecco Bristol are delighted to be recruiting for a Helpdesk Coordinator within a national, growing company in North Bristol. Despite the company's size, the team is small and has a family feel where each individual chips in to assist each other. With a friendly, welcoming environment, it is important for the successful candidate to be able to work with precision and speed to complete tasks successfully and to deadlines. Duties

·  Taking a high volume of calls

·  Liaising with engineers and subcontractors

·  Undertaking delegated Administrative work

·  Working to tight deadlines

·  Pushing back to obtain the data needed for reports

·  Chasing site managers for paperwork

·  Occasional site visits

·  Managing a heavy workload

Individual

·  Highly organised

·  Quick to pick up systems

·  Thick skinned with a drive to achieve

·  Able to manage your own time and workload

·  Monday - Friday 7-4pm or 8-5pm
