Adecco Aviation are seeking an experienced administrator with enquiries handling experience on a temporary basis for an initial 4-week contract that will potentially be extended. This is a part time role offering a 16-hour week over 2 full 8-hour days or 4 x 4-hour days

Working at London City Airport and based within easy commuting distance, you will provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative and clerical function dealing with and responding to various enquiries.

Responsibilities include to following:

·  To ensure administration processes are followed and maintained;

·  To ensure exceptional customer service at all times;

·  Respond to all enquiries within a reasonable time;

·  Maintain effective, high quality communication across the team that you are supporting;

·  Maintain department processes and admin as required

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines. Previous enquiries and/or complaints handling experience is essential.

In order to be meet the criteria required for this role, you will need to provide eligibility to work in the UK, valid photo ID (passport and/or driving licence, undertake a basic criminal records check (DBS); have not lived outside the UK for more than 6 months at a time in the last 5 years and provide 5 years written references and support any gaps of 28 days or more.
