We are currently recruiting in Blackpool (Nr M55/Tesco).

Free onsite parking

£8.45 per hour increasing to £9.00 per hour after 12 weeks.

Job Description:

·  Process and, where appropriate and/ or possible, resolve customer enquiry calls to ensure they are dealt with in line with client call structure and standards.

·  Identify and check customer records using client systems to provide appropriate information to assist the customer with their enquiries.

·  Capture and record correct customer details to ensure all telephone transactions are accurately processed.

·  As a member of the team share own knowledge, experiences and ideas in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of standards and business performance.

·  To actively participate in Lean initiatives.

·  To attend training sessions to update knowledge as new products/systems are introduced.

Understanding of customer needs, balanced against requirements
