PM - 11:45 - 23:00

Are you an experienced Chef looking for an exciting temporary opportunity in Dover? Our client, a high-end newly refurbished caf
As a Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen during your shift, ensuring food is prepared to order while maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and cleanliness. Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager, you will contribute to the development and profitability of the caf

Your responsibilities will include:
· Following recipes and instructions to prepare dishes to the restaurant's standards
· Thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, open kitchen environment
· Effectively managing the shift team for maximum productivity and service levels
· Receiving deliveries and handling stock rotation efficiently
· Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality
Do you possess the following qualities?
· Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role
· Reliability and good time management skills
· A strong work ethic and the ability to work hard
