Job Description

We are looking for a PASSIONATE & CREATIVE Junior Sous Chef who wants to join a FANTASTIC KITCHEN TEAM at the VIBRANT central London Bar & Restaurant, GA Kings X located in the Pullman London St Pancras hotel.

If you:

·  Have previous experience in a similar position working in a fast paced environment
·  Have the passion to produce food to the highest quality
·  Love working as part of a passionate team
·  Have the creativity to come up with new ideas for menus and to trial them

Responsibilities:

·  Assist the Executive Head Chef in supervising the functioning of all kitchen employees, facilities, costs to ensure maximum Food and Beverage departmental profit is achieved
·  Assist the Executive Head Chef in the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times
·  Establishes and maintains effective employee relations
·  Assist the Executive Head Chef in conducting formal and on-the-job training sessions for kitchen employees
·  Assist the Executive Head Chef in the preparation of menus

The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.

Salary: £33,664 per annum (£16.60 per hour) + monthly service charge.
