Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

Within the scope of our FOLS Replacement Program aiming to rapidly and extensively deploy a cloud-based PMS, we are seeking a Project Adoption Manager for the entire duration of the program.

You will work with the program team from the preparation and launch phase to the post-live phase. Frequent travel, visiting hotels within your scope, and maintaining constant contact with them will be required.

As a project manager, you'll ensure that all change requests that may affect hotel operations are analyzed, and their impacts and risks are appropriately assessed.

Your mission:

- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- Uphold main SOPs and adapt as necessary due to system changes.

- Participate in deploying success measurement practices: survey design, deployment, evaluation, and reaction to content and feedback.

- Conduct follow-up interviews, mystery guest visits, and document findings, reporting back to the program team members.

- Maintain regular communication with operational leaders in these areas and relay necessary program information and updates.

- Participate in learning OPERA Cloud at an operational competence level at the hotel reception.

- Participate in deployment meetings: Aid deployment engineers and participants by sharing knowledge about Accor's processes and operational adjustments.

Qualifications

And you ? :

At least 2 to 3 years of hospitality experience in at least one of the following areas of the hospitality industry: reception, revenue management, finance and guest accounts, catering, customer services, human resources, and training.

Hard skills :

• Significant experience in project management, change management, and problem-solving in the hospitality sector.

• Experience with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 is preferable.

• Experience with FOLS is a plus.

• Initial experience with hotel applications and technologies.

Soft skills :

• Strong customer service skills, ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and tackle multiple challenges.

• Excellent communication skills: written and oral.
