Job description

Key tasks

1, To be in charge of distributing and arranging daily maintenance request work, preventive maintenance, carry out routine inspection of plant rooms and equipment to ensure normal operation of them.

2, Superintend and direct the subordinates to perform as per operation regulations and rules strictly.

3, To supervise and spot check that his subordinates have carried out the work in the most practical, skilful and economical way.

4, Examine the report forms, figure out the abnormity and analyze the reason to put an end to the waste.

5, Instils and supports the training initiatives and philosophies of the company and work closely with the L&D Manager developing Departmental Service Coach, ensuring that all suitable subordinates take an active role in the training and development.

6, Ensures ambassadors have a complete understanding of rules and regulations, and that behaviour complies.

7, Assist in conducting annual Performance Appraisals providing honest and appropriate feedback.

8, Monitors ambassadors morale and provide mechanisms for performance feedback and development

9, Effectively communicate guiding principles and core values to all associates under own supervisior

10, Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

11, Handles guest and ambassadors enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.

12, Fully understand the operation of the Engineering department, familiar with all the plants and equipment with their function, operation process, and safety aspect, be possessed of the necessary technical skill and knowledge.

Qualifications

1, At least 2 years related working experience

2, Valid electrician certificate and relevant skills
