Key tasks

AccorInvest, an asset-driven company owning, leasing and operating hotels under AccorHotels brands, is looking for a Business Analyst based in Milan for the perimeter of Italian and Greek subsidiary hotels.

The candidate will oversee the flow of operational and financial information focusing on main economic drivers and parameters spacing from Turnover trends to Cash Flows including specific focus on capital expenditures and major capital improvements. The candidate will also organize and publish periodic reporting analyzing all major profits/costs center such as (but not limited to) Rooms, F&B, Headquarter costs and CAPEX. The candidate should render to General Management a complete and precise periodical overview of AccorInvest whole business in connection with AccorHotels business analysts. The Business Analyst job offer is presented with competitive salary and bonus scheme, guidance and training. Possibility of French “VIE” Contract.

Main Tasks:
• Budget process, business planning, periodic forecasts on the full perimeter
• Pre-closing and monthly closing
• Close relationship with AccorHotels Business Analyst and Accor Invest Financial Departments (Accounting, Consolidation Manager…)
• Ability to provide recommendations to Asset Manager and General Management
• Action plans follow-up
• Fees and Billable Service charges control and follow-up
• Participation to AccorInvest Group Projects
• Build periodic performance review
• Accor financial process knowledge preferred
• Credit management
• Candidate major internal links: Accounting, Treasury and Finance, AccorInvest HQ
• Candidate major internal clients: country CEO and Asset Management
