Key responsibilities

· Processing and coding invoices according to the procedures.
· Supporting team in basic accounting activities
· Generic mailboxes management.
· Printing and scanning of documents.
· Participation in DTP (Desktop Procedures) update project.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

·  Availability – minimum 30h/weekly
·  Accounting background will be an asset.
·  Very good English
·  Knowledge of German/Spanish/French/Italian/Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch or other would be a big asset
·  Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year - end closing.
·  Excel and Word skills.
·  Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
·  Very good communication and interpersonal skills
