You are good at:
· Pegasytems products, framework and functional design
· Agile or iterative approach
· DCO facilitation - planning, leading, managing all of the moving parts
· Managing scope with the help of a functional backlog
· Mapping out business processes
· Pega requirement capture, elaboration and confirmation
· Validating development work and test scenarios
· Fostering relationships with both the client and your project team
· Having a keen eye for detail

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications
·  Minimum of 3 years of experience with a Robotics Process Automation technology such as OpenSpan, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
·  Minimum of 5 years of experience with .net development.
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Programming Concepts Object Oriented Programming, WCF etc.
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in change management tools like Sources Safe, Rational Clear Case.
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle.
·  Bachelors degree[vm] in Computer Science (Preferred).
·  80% travel commitment (Monday – Thursday).
Preferred Qualifications
·  Experience with any robotic software, frameworks, and functional design.
·  .net development experience.
·  Ability to convert business logic/req experience with any robotic software, frameworks, and functional design.
·  Understanding of Windows/Web/Java app integration with OpenSpan.
·  Possess one of the following certifications: Pega robotic automation (open span) certification.
·  Previous Consulting or client service delivery experience.
·  Specialization in functional area (CRM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise.
·  Experience with software architecture and SOA services implementation.
·  Experience designing and developing process based solutions.
