Agile Delivery & Transition Consultant

At Accenture Program Control Services (PCS) we love to help our clients improve their Delivery of Change. Today, our clients are transitioning into Agile ways of working, to speed up their abilities to realize change.

Your job
You will help teams identify and implement simple, sustainable, and seductive improvements in Agile ways of working, to strengthen your client's way of realizing change

This will include coaching clients on Kanban, Scrum or other Agile concepts, improving their Planning, Prioritization, Quality, etc.

A wide range of responsibilities will put you in a challenging position which offers a great opportunity to develop your Agile and Transitioning skills and accelerate your professional growth.

Desired profile

Qualifications :

Your background

·  A completed HBO or University degree
·  3 – 8 years relevant professional experience
·  Agile talent, passion, and preferably experience in: Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. SAFe), Agile transitions, Agile Coaching, Portfolio Management, Agile PMO, Agile tooling (e.g. Jira) etc.
·  Fluent English and Dutch communication skills (written and spoken)
·  A drive to help others to realize change, creative and innovative mindset and a proactive idea shaper
