About the role
Tech Sales Specialist has a key role to enhance synergies with Sales, Marketing and Trade Marketing departments to identify opportunities to grow and areas for improvements through the tracking and the analyses of the information coming from internal sell-in statistics, external sell-out providers (IRI/Nielsen) and from the data collected at POC level by AB InBev direct and indirect employees.
Tech Sales Specialist is a key position to support the Tech Sales strategy.
Sales Excellence program is central to the AB InBev Excellence Programs. The Tech Sales department holds responsibility for the BU to develop the necessary tools, skills, measures and implementation programs to ensure successful rollout of sales excellence program. Tech Sales Specialist supports the category owner for Field Sales Management, into the implementation and tracking of the BU Excellence program and Sales Critical Processes.
About the candidate
· Graduate (any)
· 2 or 3 year experience of research / analysis preferably within an FMCG environment
· Strong analytic and synthesis skills or Insight Agency.
· Experience in simplifying processes, and in being focused and disciplined.
· Demonstration of thinking and acting as owners exercising financial acumen, making sound judgements and setting clear strategic direction.
· Strong conceptual and strategic thinking.
· Proven experience to deliver strong results and clear demonstration of project management and planning skills.
· Presentation skills for complex topics.
· Demonstrate ability to build relationships & work as part of a team.
· Strong inter-personal relationship and communication.
· High capacity to learn, high adaptability, flexibility.
· English knowledge in written and spoken.
· Ambassador of AB InBev culture.
· Prior commercial experience in the Sales is a strong plus.
