Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
INTERNSHIP: Marketing Vascular
LOCATION: Portugal, Lisbon
RESPONSABILITIES:
The main function of this role is:
· Management of Abbott Vascular Marketing Materials according to internal and industry procedures (promotional materials, tenders etc.).
· Keep homogeneity of the Branding of products and campaigns.
· Support to Congresses, Workshops and other activities with clients.
· Product Management: preparation of training material (product related), update of product specifications, marketing campaigns, comparisons and positioning of our products vs competitors.
· Business Intelligence: forecast, follow-up of Marketing Campaigns in Sales Force and Power BI, sales analysis (Excel knowledge: dynamic tables, formulas etc)
· Knowledge of Digital Marketing, mainly of Digital Content and Social Media
· Support to the Sales, Tenders, Medical Affairs, Customer Service and Finance
At the end of the internship, you will have acquired in-depth knowledge of how to work in a multinational company of medical devices industry, including all business processes and mainly inside a Marketing and Sales Department
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor´s in Health-Related Areas (i.e.- Pharmacy, Chemistry or Biology), Marketing or Business
· Soft Skills:
· Multidisciplinary team work with different internal and external stakeholders
· Assertiveness
· Proactivity and creative mindset
· High analytical skill: fluency with Microsoft Office tools
· Commitment with tasks and objectives defined
· Ability to face new challenges and work under pressure and tight deadlines
· Languages: English, Spanish and Portuguese
· Previous experience: at least 6 months of intern
· Microsoft Office: medium-high level (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
