We understand that proper nutrition is the foundation for living the best life possible. That’s why we develop science-based nutrition products for people of all ages. For our Nutrition division in Hoofddorp we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join out team on a full-time basis.
About the role:
You are the first point of contact when it comes to content creation communication and overall marketing related tasks. You will have the opportunity to sit at the table with various stakeholders within our organization and decide on creative communication channels and marketing strategies. You will use our current communication channels, but also discover new creative ways to get messages out.
You provide advice on the development and deployment of communication tools, appropriate to the strategy and be a part of a dynamic and inspiring company that will give you the necessary tools and help you to execute at the highest level.
Primary Job Function:
Manage day to day marketing activities of ANI-NL.
Execute and implement the marketing plan in conjunction with the commercial department.
Support and progress ANI-NL’s omni-channel strategy.
Main responsibilities:

Execute marketing campaigns to support specific marketing objectives across different channels (omni-channel marketing) and segments to support the overall strategic marketing plan.

Prepare project briefs and manage the creative development process with external agencies.
·
Work with the Commercial Project Manager to define and track KPIs for marketing strategy execution
·
Coordinate content development by collaborating with key functions like Sales, Medical, and Regulatory throughout the project preparation and execution.
·
Support marketing research and market intelligence projects. Support our field force with relevant and timely activity briefs.

Develop content according to the marketing activity plan and the overall ANI-NL strategy in time, budget & quality keeping our target groups as well as commercial objectives in mind.

Support Sales in generating contact moments in the omni-channel approach.

Minimum Experience/Training Required:
·
Minimum 2 years of working experience in marketing including end-to-end campaign execution
·
Proficient in MS Office Suits
·
Proof of business and commercial acumen
·
Enthousiastic, flexible selfstarter
·
Good communication skills
·
Teamplayer
·
Ambitious, drive for results
·
Fully proficient in Dutch and English (spoken and written); an additional language like French or German is a pre
·
Knowledge of the nutrition/dietetic segment is a pre
