JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Service Clerk, Vascular Division

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed and in process orders
  • Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow-up on stock counts
  • Inventory processing and reconciliations
  • Expiring products controls
  • Promptly address customer and sales force queries on inventories
  • Update the physician training databas e as appropriate and release the device for specific accounts
  • Acts in compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
  • Communication Skills,
  • Analysis Skills,
  • Interpersonal Skills,
  • Integrity
  • Administrative mindset
  • Master degree in the relevant discipline
  • Relevant work experience is advantageous
