JOB DESCRIPTION:
Customer Service Clerk, Vascular Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address customer and sales force queries on processed and in process orders
- Monitor consignment stock levels and coordinate/follow-up on stock counts
- Inventory processing and reconciliations
- Expiring products controls
- Promptly address customer and sales force queries on inventories
- Update the physician training databas e as appropriate and release the device for specific accounts
- Acts in compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of English (listening and writing)
- Communication Skills,
- Analysis Skills,
- Interpersonal Skills,
- Integrity
- Administrative mindset
- Master degree in the relevant discipline
- Relevant work experience is advantageous
