Job Description

numberly  is looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with the creation and development of marketing campaigns and online studies from our Milanese office. The job role includes:
* Assisting in the creation, realization and monitoring of clients’ accounts

* Building out custom strategies for digital acquisition and retention purposes including eCRM, lifecycles, social media, RTB

* Marketing and project management to deploy recommended actions with french team composed of designers, developers, IT and datascience teams

* Monitoring campaigns, preparing and presenting campaign results

* Undertaking studies on Internet user’s profiles and behavior, and benchmark according to industries

* Prospecting new clients

* Drafting proposals (customer acquisition / loyalty)

* Participated in client meetings with country manager



Qualifications

* Educated to degree level or equivalent, experience in marketing an advantage

* Bilingual Italian

* Attention to detail, strong organisation skills, can manage under a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge and strong interest in the digital industry

* Excellent communication skills, ability to develop and maintain strong relationships internally and externally

* Capable at multi-tasking and prioritising workload

* Strong motivation to work in a fast growing company in an international environment

* Good computer skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
