HR Business Partner - Commercial Area

Within the HR Department he/she will support the HR Business Partner of the Commercial Area in the following activities:

- Recruiting, selection and onboarding

- Support in the performance, talent and salary review process

- head count and management plan preparation

- coordinating with the labour law and administrative department for the employment process

- Internal opinion survey results communication, discussion and follow up

- Job rotation and international mobility programs dedicated to Pirelli employees

- Keep updated organizational charts

Requirements:

· Full proficiencyin Italian and English.
· Full proficiency in MsOffice suite, in particular in MsExcel and MsPowerPoint.
· 1/3 years of experience in similar roles in a multinational company.
· Master Degree in Economics or equivalent. Preferred master in HR area.
