Qualifications :

Job Summary

Offers hands-on experience in the exciting world of hotel operations and hospitality, necessary to prepare for and develop a career path within Marriott International's portfolio of brands.

University or Hotel School undergraduates specializing and studying in hospitality related fields will be preferred for certain internship positions, and for more specialist disciplines, for example those students pursuing business or similar related courses, consideration is also given for those related internship opportunities.

Supporting the team in their daily operational work, as well as the development and planning of the department.
·  Understand the process of the concierge
·  Brief introduction into the international standards of the company
·  Emapthic interaction with the guests
·  Brand Service Culture and Service Standards training
·  Introduction of OPERA system, MGS, Starguest
·  Assist the Chief concierge in the pre-arrival, arrival and post arrival procedure
·  Management of guest requests, reservations or organization of the stay
We expect that an intern should:
·  Pleasant and positive professional image at all time
·  Demonstrate initiative at all times
·  Show strong desire to improve on skills and knowledge
Requirements:
·  Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
·  Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of English in both.
·  Education: Professional Certification (University Degree, Hotel School Diploma)
