Main assignments

· Price management: price upload, price check
· Product Taxonomy: file preparation for re-naming / changing / creating color names and swatches, micro / macro categories, sending request for file upload to YNAP@EVM (Ecommerce Visual Merchandiser)
· Pre-order Management: pre order creation pre-order date check; store locator products checking / adjusting in attributes tool
· Inbound Monitoring: checking Monitor file, resolving / investigation on backlogs (price backlog) @EVM
· Publishable status / items publication: description & price upload; picture & cataloging check; sku publishable list to allow EVM to page-ordering, cross selling update and double exposition; de-publication of products; attributes management
· Banning: creation / check / adjustments of rules
· Bug resolving/ reporting: cataloguing, pricing, pre orders, banning and merchandising bugs, reporting bugs on Mantis & YNAP tool support service @EVM
· Exclusive gallery creation (hidden gallery)
· Mark Down management: file creation, upload and check
· Code duplication
· Support in Visual merchandising for desktop and mobile: support in the merchandise page ordering and grids monitor and update for all categories and markets. Support in Cross Selling and Category focuses (BV2) and monitor of the Sold out report to optimize VM on site

Qualifications

·  Bachelor degree in economics or management
·  Outstanding organizational skills; ability to prioritize and to deliver consistently high results
·  Excellent communication skills, superb listening and reasoning
·  High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
·  Fluent in English (written and spoken)
·  High level of competence with Excel
