Tasks:
The main activities will be:
translate global strategies into local strategic actions and in identifying local input to global strategies.
Contribute to strategy definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments, and/or solutions.
Develop good understanding of respective local markets, competitive environments and ABB position.
Work to identification and prioritization of new business opportunities in line with global strategic priorities, based on good understanding of local situation and global business strategies.
Support realization of prioritized opportunities.
Use all approved sources to collect, structure and analyze technical/commercial market information for the development of the turbocharger business.
Evaluate key indicators and market trends from macro economic market analysis and translate into local business opportunities.
Define market position and analyze strength/weakness/opportunities/threats profile to propose & implement market share improvements initiatives.
The candidate shall shift from “market intelligence” to “service product sales”, where products refer to more complex products like service agreements and products.
Engage in project sales – target identification, sales strategy development jointly with End User Sales, customers needs
identification, customization of offering, identify potential customers to transfer from transactional to contractual business.
Engage in product management – track fulfillment of service agreement obligations (budget planning, tracking of market share for local service agreements).

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with Engineering or Economical degree. You have several years experience as Business developer. You have a strong knowledge of sales area and you are able to evaluate and develop business in allocated markets and countries and you continuously evaluate activities of other competitors in the market.
You think independently and challenge traditional solutions.
The knowledge of Italian and English language is a must.
Complete the profile: good communication skills, the knowledge to work in team and digital approach.
