• Managing the day to day operation of the Bar inventory and cleanliness of the Bar providing exclusive Cocktails and Mocktails to all guests and attracting them with fire flaring in the bar and entertaining them to insure that highest level of service and Hospitality is provided to the guest as per standards.
• Good PR with guest resulting in more business conducts briefings, informing staff about team nights in the Bar.
• Keeping the bar well stocked by maintaining the liquor, garnishes and glasses at the bar.
