Quality Manager
07-2017 - OraDesign / Ingegneria civile / Ingegneria industriale Responsible for maintaining all aspects of the site quality management:
-Making sure that manufacturing and production processes meet international
standards,Al6063 Aluminum Extrusion ”TPC System”, Lacquering ”Qualicoat/Qualimarine”,
-Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met,
-Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports,
-Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers,
-Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them,
-Using relevant quality tools (PDCA, AMDEC, 8D, 5M)and making sure managers and other staff
understand how to improve the business,
-Analysis of causes and validation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs),
-Ensure the effectiveness of equipment: extrusion process control, water treatment station, coating
booth, heat treatment Al6063,
-Metrology: verification and calibration of equipment,
-Management of periodic tests.
