“Business outcomes first”: this is my motto and how I like to work; data tells you a story and it’s up to you to transform those insights into benefits for your organisation and knowledge to outsmart your competitors. During my career I have been lucky enough to work with fantastic organisations: Pfizer and Ferring (Pharmaceuticals), Acer and learned how to make data-driven decisions that change operations. I am also very interested in how management can change and shape the company’s culture because I firmly believe that people are the biggest asset of any organisation.
