• Create new Coaching learning paths for Senior and Middle Mgmt to sustain CCHBC Italy Coaching
Culture through formal “skills Accreditation”
• Lead Corporate Leadership Programs (Situational, Pipeline, Blue Ocean)
• Introduce new On-boarding Process
• Partnering with key stakeholders (e.g., HR Mgr/BP, Line Managers, Directors)
• Implement Corporate Change Management Programs
• Collaborate to accomplish Development Centers
• Provide feedback for 360° assessment Korn Ferry International Leadership Architect ®
• Managing of remote department for transactional activities (Sophia, Bulgaria)
• Budget definition & control
